Beyond the Boobie Trap was created April of 2010 by Genae Girard. Since then it has been home to over 29,000 breast cancer survivors. It is a safe haven for survivors to exlpore treatment options, side effects as well as to determine choices. Having other women who have been there and completed treatment, allows women everywhere to reduce their fear by knowing what to expect. It is truly different to hear what it is like from someone that has had the experience verses someone that has read about it in a book. Our aim is to compile our knowledge, and to make the process a better experience for the next woman that has to go through the treatment process. Together, we can have a stronger community and know that we are not alone.
